This one I find really neat and simple if you grasp it. It does take a bit of adjusting, but once you get it you can actually apply it to real life quite quick. In this episode, we will experience drifting and alternating our sensations externally and internally. I stumbled across this technique through one of the famous spiritual teachers’ known, Deepak Chopra’s podcast (it’s called Breath) and he kept repeating this particular episode over and over for over a week. And doing it for a week got me to subtly apply it to my daily life without any need of forcing. I was able to ‘tackle’ a sudden emotional spill by drifting away from the spill (kind of taking a step back to observe a bigger picture).
