There are two episodes in this post, where we drift ourselves into nature.


This is a visualisation technique which allows us to explore if nature can help guide us to our inner space.When we think about nature, it does give us a sense of calm and centred-ness. This is because nature and us are interconnected. Fluidly continuous just like how our breath connects with us.

When we breathe out air,

Plants from nature take in our air;

When we breathe in air,

They breathe and give out theirs.

For this particular visualisation, we will explore on clouds. Rain or shine, give it a try.


Just like clouds, we now visualise a theme of one mountain. A mountain we have seen, heard or experienced.

And we become that mountain in this instance :).
