Back to this little technique, I super enjoy using this method because we literally have our eyes open almost the entire day except for perhaps 1/3 when we sleep. It allows us to explore and be intuned to;

The things we see,

The things we feel,

The things we hear.

Of course, you can try it with your eyes close too but it can bias towards more feeling when you do.

Meditation is all about exploring ways to pause and accept what is in the current moment. Right now.

Right now.

Right now.

It doesn’t matter what you’re thinking, feeling, seeing, hearing, smelling with all your senses. It’s all about being comfortable with it. And appreciate the acceptance of your senses.
